Lantek Expert Duct

Lantek Expert Duct is a comprehensive system for the preparation and design of HVAC duct fittings (HVAC and DUCT). This software perfectly combines automatic unfolding technology based on various parameters with customer requirements for cutting plan preparation and CNC machine programming.

Lantek Expert Duct is designed so that the user simply follows the easy steps provided by the system. It includes a complete library of parametric fittings (figures) compliant with DIN and SMACNA standards (square and round ducts, transitions, branches, elbows, combined parts, cones, various intersections, deflectors, etc.), covering the vast majority of commonly used HVAC duct shapes.

Technical Features

• Extensive library of parametric HVAC parts – approximately 180 fittings.
• Easy 2D design – Lantek Expert Duct integrates a 2D CAD module for designing any part, as well as for modifying automatically unfolded shapes. Generated parts can then be nested, cut, and marked using Lantek Expert, considering allowances for flanges, seams, bend lines, and markings.
• Stock management – All parts are stored in organized databases that are easily accessible.
• Intelligent Import/Export – Data can be imported and exported to major CAD systems on the market: DXF, DWG, IGES, and others.
• Data import from higher-level systems – Supports ASCII or CSV formats for full automation.
• Integration of options – Lantek Expert Duct can be fully integrated into a single program with the Lantek Expert Cut module.
• Multilingual support – The system is localized in many languages, including Czech.
