SAPSproW
MGM Ltd. supplies the SAPSproW software for creating cutting plans for cutting machines (originally developed by ANTAL Software EHTi, now fully owned and further developed by MGM). It is a modern CAD/CAM system for thermal cutting.
The SAPSproW system is a product with a long-standing tradition, dating back to the early development of CAD/CAM systems in the 1980s in then-Czechoslovakia. The first major success of the program's author, Ing. Ladislav Antal, was in 1982 with the development of a system (Fast Automatic Nesting) for fully automatic arrangement of parts for NC cutting machines. This system was supplied for many years to customers by leading NC machine manufacturers. In 1986, Ing. Antal developed SAPS for the MS-DOS system, which was used by many customers across Central Europe. In 1995, the first Windows version of SAPS was developed under the name SAPSproW. In 2017, SAPSproW became the property of MGM Ltd., where it continues to be developed.

SAPSproW consists of four main software modules:
- SCADW – for creating part shapes and importing geometry from external data sources
- SAPSW – for creating cutting plans
- DATABASE – for storing system and user data
- STOCK/REPOSITORY – for browsing parts, plans, and overall automation of programmer activities
System features and advantages:
- Drawing module optimized for creating parts for NC cutting, making it easier to use than general CAD systems
- Imports geometry in DXF, DWG, or optionally DSTV formats
- Also supports ESSI and ISO formats
- Allows numerous technological adjustments of part shapes typical for NC cutting (machining allowances, shrinkage allowances, cut gap compensation, etc.)
- Supports both interactive and fully automatic creation of cutting plans
- Generates detailed technological and economic information for each NC program and stores it in a database
- Tracks parts, material sheets, leftover sheets, plans, and NC programs; automatically monitors the number of parts in the cutting plan
- Offers many technological functions for optimizing NC cutting (cutting parameter tables, optimal lead-ins and lead-outs, bridges, shared cuts, contour and point marking, multi-torch nesting, etc.)
MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FOR SAPSPROW:
