About the company
Longstanding manufacturer and supplier of machines for thermal material cutting and welding units, MGM, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as MGM) is a well-known name in the Czech and European markets that needs no long introduction. Nevertheless, we briefly summarize the history and present of MGM.
In 1991, Mr. Karel Mikulanda founded MGM. In 1995, a workplace was opened in Ostrava. A significant milestone in the company's history was 1998, when the decision was made to develop and manufacture its own CNC control system. Cutting machines are equipped with oxy-fuel or plasma technology according to customer requirements.
This is how MGM became a supplier of machines to customers across Eastern Europe. Another notable milestone in the company's history was 2003.
