Fibre Laser
The gantry construction cutting machine with excellent static and dynamic properties is equipped with precision machined cut linear guide. The drive is guaranteed by direct linear drives both in the x and y axis, which achieves high speed and precision. The enclosed working area in the protective cab meets the highest safety requirements of the class 1 laser.

Machine workspace
The laser cutting head machine portal operates in a closed cab, on the front of which a monitor is placed above the operator panel to monitor the cutting process with the possibility of transferring the image to the company network. The device meets all safety requirements for fiber laser cutting.
Integrated camera (full HD)
A camera with a hair cross to start the plan (cut parts), which is displayed directly on the control system screen. The operator puts the machine in the starting position using the joystick and starts the cutting plan. The camera system in the machine's working area allows recording during cutting.
Exhaustion tables with automatic replaceable pallets
Interchangeable tables, easily accessible from three sides, increase production efficiency and productivity. The handling area is protected by a light barrier. The pallet is replaced by an electric motor and a hydraulic system. The automated exchange process results in a significant reduction in production cycles, minimizing unproductive time and maximizing the time when the machine is working efficiently.
The unloading conveyor
It is used to drain the remains of molten metal, slag, small residual pieces into a collection container, or a self-catching system with the possibility of further manipulation. The process increases production efficiency and productivity, but also ensures a clean and safe working environment.
MS 300 control system
Custom control system, meets requirements of industry 4.0, aimed at simple operation of the machine using a touch screen. Clear and simple control.
ProCutter laser head
The ProCutter laser head from Precitec is renowned for its high precision and reliability in cutting metal materials. Key features include high durability and long service life, fast and easy component replacement, automatic focal length adjustment and cutting a wide range of materials, including steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and more.
The cooler
Ensures efficient and stable operation of the laser system. Optimal temperature stability positively affects the performance and quality of a consistent cut even in long-term operation. It extends the life of the entire laser system and reduces the risk of overheating failures.
Cut parts
The laser cutting head provides cutting of various thicknesses of the cut-outs depending on the material (stainless steel, aluminium, copper) and the power of the laser source.
