Lantek Expert Cut Plus

Lantek Expert Cut Plus is a CAD/CAM nesting software specially designed to automate CNC programming for material cutting machines (oxy-fuel, plasma, laser, waterjet). The software is the result of over 30 years of experience in close collaboration with machine manufacturers and users. It perfectly combines machine technology with customer requirements for programming and data management. Lantek Expert Cut Plus is designed for part nesting in a way that assists and guides the user to achieve high efficiency in placing parts on sheets.

Technical Features

All options and functions for thermal sheet cutting are integrated into a single program: Lantek Expert Cut Plus. Lantek Expert is fully compatible with the Lantek Integra ERP system. Lantek Integra ERP offers various solutions for CAD/CAM/MES/ERP in the sheet cutting and manufacturing sector. Additionally, Lantek Expert is designed to connect to external ERP systems.

Nesting

The system provides an ideal combination of automatic, semi-automatic, and manual nesting, giving users great flexibility and optimal performance. Combining automatic nesting with manual features such as intelligent copying, semi-automatic placement with edge detection, and various rotation/mirroring options proves to be a very powerful tool in practice.

Lantek Expert Cut Plus automatically optimizes part placement on sheets for maximum material utilization and minimal waste.
The software automatically saves remnants in the database and prioritizes their use over new sheets.

Technology

Lantek Expert Cut Plus allows defining nesting parameters (spacing between parts, different lead-in and lead-out types according to contour shapes) using tables based on material type and thickness. It supports creating common cuts for identical or different parts, part joining, micro-bridges, pre-piercing, etc. The system automatically detects potential errors in part creation, nesting, and cutting order. The technology creation process is fully automated (automatic machining).
